Program Scheduling: Schedule and confirm venues, entertainment, receptions, meals, etc. according to the overall program itinerary.

Registration: Develop, design and maintain customized on-line registration and program information capabilities in both official languages. Program reports as required. Follow up with registrants throughout the program as necessary and as required with further detail and confirmation information. (Translation cost extra)

Accommodations: Select hotel venues and or cruise options, and negotiate rates in cooperation and discussion with the client. Coordinate room requirements, special requests, rooming lists, etc. Work directly with the resort to fulfill rooming list requests and requirements.

Venue and Tour Coordination: Work with destination staff and management to ensure an interesting and exciting program which appeal to all participants and meet all function needs.

Transportation: Book airline tickets (if required) and coordinate all airport transfers, tour transfers and shuttle services based on the event itinerary, including both pre and post-tours.

Food & Beverage Requirements: Coordinate all food and beverage requirements throughout the event, including theme dinners, receptions, special requirements and group dinners.

Audio/Visual Requirements: Coordinate and source all audio/visual needs and requests

Travel Documents: Coordinate travel documents including program agendas, resort details and necessary venue/country information.

Project Administration: Prepare budget, and timeline, manage contract/deposit deadlines, etc. Address issues or concerns while clients are on property in cooperation with resort and client staff.
10a
Follow up: Provide summary report with feedback, suggestions, financial details and outstanding detail as required by the client.
